IOU Sports Announces 2010 Grants

Images of Us Sports, the only Wisconsin organization dedicated exclusively to girls and women in sports, announced it has been awarded $18,120 in grants for the 2010 grant cycle.
 
Thanks to our grant partners:
Women's Fund of Greater Milwaukee $10,000
Helen Bader Foundation $5,000
Lesbian Fund $2,120
African American Women's Fund Project $1,000
 
"IOU Sports is making a difference in the lives of young girls and women in Milwaukee.  With continued support from our funders, we are able to empower girls by using sports as an avenue to instill education" says Bernell Hooker, Founder and CEO.
