IOU Sports seeking volunteers for the Dirty Girl Mud Run

IOU Sports supports Dirty Girl Mud Run

IOU Sports is seeking volunteers for the August 20, 2011 Dirty Girl Mud Run...

Dirty Girl is unlike anything you’ve ever done. This female-only, 5K mud run is designed for women of all fitness levels. The 11 military-inspired obstacles are fun and unique but with just enough hell to keep your palms a bit sweaty. And the entire event is designed to be organic and eco-friendly. In fact, many of the obstacles will be recycled back into the earth. Think you’re a Dirty Girl? Well, here’s your chance to prove it.

Expect safety throughout. The entire event will be monitored by medical and emergency personnel. Expect the competition to go on, rain or shine. (If it rains you won't even notice, trust us.) Expect no chip timing and only one competitive wave of participants. This isn’t a timed event so there’s no pressure to best a certain time. Expect a landscape of anti-divas ready to seize the dirty day. Expect to laugh so hard, your cheeks will hurt.

If that’s not reason enough, get dirty for a good cause. A portion of all proceeds goes to support breast cancer research, awareness & education.

If you wish to REGISTER to participate in the actual event; you can follow this link!
