
A young lady by the name of Natalie Randolph did the unthinkable; she coached a boys high school football team.
On March 13, 2010 Randolph was formally named the head football coach at Coolidge High School in Northwest Washington, making her what is believed to be the only woman coaching boys' varsity high school football in the United States.

Madison — The voting went as expected.
Racine Case senior Samantha Logic won the Miss Basketball award from the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association, an honor that goes to the best player in the state.
She was presented with the honor before the Division 1 championship game Saturday at the Kohl Center.
The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 14.6 points and 8.5 rebounds per game for the Eagles. They went 22-3 and won a sectional title for the second straight year before losing to Milwaukee Pius in a Super Tuesday game.
